Michelle Kvello is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and also holds her Masters of Applied Finance (Kaplan). She trained at PwC in London before moving into commercial roles at blue chip companies such as Reuters, Foxtel and Yahoo!7. She founded Lantern Partners in 2011 and specialises in helping fast growth companies achieve their objectives through building strong finance support in both compliance and commercial aspects.
She is a commercially minded and analytical thinker with a passion for identifying areas of change to drive operational efficiency. Jo loves working collaboratively in a hands-on role with business partners to understand cost drivers, identify areas of opportunity to drive profitability and help businesses achieve their goals.
Mandy is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Management (University of Queensland). She started her career at EY in tax and audit and has subsequently held a number of commercial finance and CFO roles in Australia and overseas. She has broad industry exposure, primarily in the SME space and family-run businesses.
She has a passion for driving business success and operational efficiencies through high-performing finance teams and the co-creation of those teams with founder-run businesses.
Jill is a Chartered Accountant and has held CFO positions in a range of SME businesses as well as providing external CFO consulting support to fast growing businesses prior to joining Lantern Partners.
She is highly experienced in supporting businesses through scaling challenges including growth planning and scenario testing, recruiting and building finance teams and driving operational efficiency.
She has also experience in working with private businesses in investment readiness, transaction support on both the buy and sell side and global expansions.
As a Chartered Accountant, Sukhy has worked for over 15 years in a variety of finance roles within Corporate Australia across the banking sector and also in audit and tax at Deloitte.
Her mission is to bring that knowledge to SMEs to help them understand the story behind their numbers, make better financial decisions and run a business with the right systems, people and sustainable profits.
Daiana is a CPA from Salvador University and began her career with PwC Argentina where she worked across audit and transactions services on both the buy and
sell side.
She continued her career at Ernst and Young in Sydney, Australia in the CFO Advisory division advising businesses and CFOs across a number of industries focusing on bolstering finance functions through services
such as financial reporting, accounting advisory, treasury and hedge accounting advisory, and credit risk and financial due diligence for M&A transactions.
She then worked as in house CFO advisory for Commonwealth Bank of Australia before joining the Lantern Partners team.

Muhilan is a dynamic commercially minded finance professional with 20+ yrs B2B2C experience working with market-leading startups, technology, telecommunications & professional services companies. He brings expertise in Business Partnering, enabling
organisations to achieve their goals – by aligning strategy & operations – to make better business decisions, through a commercial & financial lense.
His collaborative approach, analytical thinking and attention to detail enables him to build lasting partnerships, build bridges across teams cross-functionally, and drive growth in a sustainable & profitable manner.
Shaan Adno
Shaan is originally from South Africa and enjoyed a career in Human Resources before transitioning 9 years ago to Bookkeeping. Shaan holds qualifications in Bookkeeping and Accounting and is compliant in both the Xero and MYOB financial systems.
Narelle commenced her career with Deloitte in South Africa where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She has over 20 years of experience in financial control, payroll and compliance working with across multiple industries including marketing, technology and FMCG. She specialises in helping businesses run their finances efficiently and enjoys helping them grow whilst taking the pain points out of their processes.
